My appointment with Dr. Du went very well, the staff was very polite and professional. There were no unexpected delays and had to fill out the normal paperwork for the visit. Dr. Du explained and illustrated the required procedure in detail along with post operation care that would be required. This is not my first dealings with Dr. Du. He saved my life by performing critical surgery to remove a cancer tumor. I trust him to take care of whatever needs to happen in his role with my care.

Dr. Du was very thorough and explained everything involved with my upcoming surgical procedure. He took his time and answered all my questions. His nurse was also very helpful and detailed about preparing for the procedure. Would recommend this practice.

I waited 5 weeks for a surgical consult with a referral from another doctor...then another 2 for surgery. Dr. Du spent 5 minutes with me total, including the appointment and seeing me before surgery. I never saw him after! The surgicenter you have to use is awful. They messed up my surgery time the day beforehand causing quite a lot of stress and confusion. They also overcharged me by more than double even though I tried to call several days before and iron out with them. Now I am stuck waiting weeks for a refund. My post op... read more
