I called to schedule with my new provider. Was granted an appointment and was told that I would get a reminder email since I was on the road at the time. Never happened. Was sick the day before that initial appointment, so I called and asked for protocol. Was told that my appointment had been moved up to that day and I would receive a call to pay, then a text, then a zoom. They called and took my money, but never followed up. TLDR: Opposite of patient advocate, can't wait for you to leave the office. Went to Dr Khin once in person and once over a video call. She's very quick with her assessments, not sure if that's good or bad since I got out of the office without any unnecessary waiting but also she didn't ask any follow up questions or give me room to share more of my concerns. I have really bad adult acne that I've been trying to get treatment for, which I mentioned on the first visit. She just prescribed me tretinoin, which I already tried us... read more
I had my First office visit last week…horrible experience to say the least. Dr did Not seem interested at all. didn’t even asked me any questions . When I tried to explain some of my concerns, she was very dismissive and made me feel like my questions were unimportant. Will not be going back ever. Please go elsewhere if you want to be heard and taken care of.
Would give 0 stars if I could. I'm not even sure I can explain just how horrible of a doctor she is or how terrible my experience was. I have never been treated as bad before or after. Please file a complaint if you feel mistreated by her, do not let her continue to get away with the way she treats people. We are human beings and look to doctors for help. I think she forgot this along the way.
