Dr. Khin is very friendly and knowledgeable. I think the negative reviews are from people who do not understand adolescent mental health procedures and would rather blame the doctor. I have never experienced anything that the negative reviews say from Dr. Khin.
My experience with Dr. Khin was absolutely appalling when I was seeking treatment for my 7-year-old. My child was talking about suicidal thoughts and self harm, and Dr. Khin was very dismissive and seemed annoyed by the fact that we were bothering her with our existence. My child's problems had been triggered by cutting off contact with her schizophrenic father due to statements he made about harming her, and Dr. Khin knew this! This woman should have her license pulled. ABSOLUTELY SHOULD HAVE NO CONTACT/BUSINESS TREATING CHILDREN. This is the most ignorant miserable person to deal with. BY ALL MEANS DO NOT USE THIS DR.
