Thank you Khercie Smith. We are very happy with our pediatrician and love the friendly staff. My son is a little tornado when he comes in for visits but the staff always is kind and keeps a good attitude.
Had an appointment scheduled for 9am, was told to be there by 845. Got there at 823 and did the online check in and waited in the car like they said for a text to come in for the appointment. After waiting for 1 ½ hrs I called to cancel the appointment, the lady I spoke to asked me to please hold, after 5 mins holding I hung up and left. We will not be returning, absolutely ridiculous!
