I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I spent $2,952, and after three failed attempts to fix my floor, the job is still not done correctly. Each time they promised to return, it took weeks before I heard from them. The communication has been terrible—Jamal ignored my calls and only sent one text message after weeks of silence, offering a time slot I missed due to the delayed response. Jamal, Brett and the rest of the team are top notch. They answered every question I had and never once made me feel concerned about hiring them. I’ve dealt with a lot businesses directly through the years and few have been as good as this one. They are honest, communicate well, and provide quality services at a good price. I’m in love with the finish on my shop floor. I can’t thank them enough.
