Waited for the appointment paid the copay with her telling me she couldn't help. That she NO LONGER DOES SIMPLE ENT WORK AND DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A SCOPE TO LOOK AT MY THROAT!!!! She said she could not work on me!!!
She is the best and her staff is more tyan great. Wouldnt see anyone else.
The front desk staff is so nice and friendly! Unfortunately I didn’t get to meet Dr Kayem due to an overly booked schedule. I came in for a new patient consult today and waited two and a half hours before finally leaving (I can’t believe I waited that long) without seeing a doctor. I understand there is typically a wait time, but that was ridiculous. He should be more considerate of his patients time
