Love Kharma! I have had a few services there and am a repeat customer for hair and nails. Love Chrissy and Vanessa but everyone has always been great.
They don’t even deserve one star! This place has poor business practices and if you have a gift certificate, forget about it they don’t honor those or Groupon bought services. I have NEVER been treated like this anywhere! I will never do business here and would not recommend them to anyone!
Bought a gift certificate for my mom to get a facial, she was cancelled on once claiming the employee was sick. My mother is very busy and never takes time for herself so when she finally had the time and wanted to use it she booked an appointment and got her facial, long story short they would not honor the gift certificate because their system "doesn't go back that far" even though the employee who signed the gift certificate was working that day.
