The appt scheduling is just so disappointing no spot is available in case of triage ..just visited the clinic two days before and one of the brackets just fell off again…amazing ..and before that broken pieces were come off from braces …being a high school parent mom not easy to skip schools and visit doctor again and again when treatment is not done effectively ..then when asked about someone who need appt immediately after school hours no availability ..missed the school though but atleast guarantee that when you seeing th... read more
Customer Service matters! I just had a consultation and from the first phone conversation until the end of the actual appt today, everyone and I mean everyone was so kind and courteous. Hannah and Dr. Khara were amazing and so honest. It's refreshing to see people still take pride in what they do!
Dr. Khara is the best orthodontist as my family has 3 of us who have been able to receive care from his office over the years. I have my retainer replaced to my oldest son had braces and my younger son is an Invisalign and all I can say is wow 🤩, the office in Mooresville and Holly Springs are great! This office has a Terrific ortho treatment team!
