Khaos Apparel is top notch. I've never had an issue and the customer service is outstanding. I would encourage every team to give them a try. You will not be disappointed.
I have used Khaos for a couple years for MANY different jobs. Their prices and customer service can not be beat! If EVER there was a problem, it was always taken care of....I would recommend this company to anyone!
This company has the WORST customer service. Their apparel sizing is awful. Ordered 2 shirts of the same size, same cut, made by the same company and one fit like a child's XL and the other fit like a men's XL when they were both supposed to be a women's XL. Emailed the company and NEVER got a return email. Several of my coworkers emailed about their problems as well and also NEVER got a return email. Horrible company!!!!!
We have used Khaos twice and both times have been great. Our team gear was exactly what we wanted and expected, and our corporate sponsored softball jerseys were perfect. Always a friendly staff and right on with suggestions and ideas to fit our needs. I guarantee we will be back and continue business with Khaos!
