RecommendedKhaos has done multiple projects for me from shirts to jackets, koozies and flags. I have always had a timely response whether it be communication or product delivery. They were even able to take original artwork and transfer it to a shirt.
They have used an outside company to do letter jackets and they sent it overseas to a company and we just finally got it in after 3 months of wa iting andbit isn't correct. My daughter has waited all winter for this! Don't use them for coats. Have heard ok on shirts though! They also had issues on basket ball sweatshirts that went on backorder and said it would be a month or more.!
Today I received the special seldom seen customer service. I was looking for a one day turnaround on four names embroided on blankets being shipped out of state before Christmas. After speaking with Christine she agreed to help me with the project and have it done in one day. It is impossible to find this special type of customer service. Have ordered with Khaos for 5 years now for ALL of my college teams apparel. I’ve been very happy with our art work on apparel, jerseys, cleats, turfs and helmets! It’s a one stop shop for my program! Their customer service is and always has been wonderful to me,and their turn around for my orders have been quick!!!
I coach and volunteer for several sport s programs, from high school to kids programs, we use Khaos for everthing! Huge full team orders to small one or two items. Justin and his staff at Khaos are very easy to work with and offer unbeatable prices. Thank you Khaos Apparel.
