Unfortunately I turned up for my appointment to be informed that the doctor was away and not available. There were claims that voicemails were left to inform me of this by the office staff who showed no accountability for their obvious mix up. This is not true and I had no missed calls. I traveled over an hour to get there and the staff member showed zero empathy.
I have confidence in DR. Truong and have recommended her to a friend.
I liked Dr. Truong's bedside manner - she thoroughly explained everything to me and offered different treatment options. She did a good job of removing some dark spots on my face and was the first doctor I have seen that was able to help with my thinning hair/alopecia.
