Thank you, Khanh, for fixing our dryer. Khanh was very quick to order and to schedule a time to fix our dryer as soon as the parts came. Khanh is very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use Khanh for other appliance repairs.
What can I say? There are not enough words about this gentleman and his pride and dedication to his craft, trade, and personal pride. I called him about a month ago to come and fix my 8-month-old dishwasher. It had stopped draining. He came four times at an average of 2-3 hours at a time. Changed three parts and got it fixed. It turned out to be a drain valve food chopper that broke and stuck in the drain valve, and anyone else would have quit trying to figure out this minuscule issue causing such a huge problem and bought a... read more

Mr. Khanh is a very honest and a down to earth person and a highly knowledgeable technician. He will leave no stone unturned to resolve the customer appliance issues at a very reasonable price. WE have been using his services for well over a decade and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend him to anyone.
Khanh fixed our dishwasher. The problem appeared to be the control unit in the door. However, upon returning with a replacement part which did not fix the problem, he found out that the problem was a loose electrical connection in the manufacture-supplied junction box! How would that come loose after about 8 years, by itself? So, 2 trips, 1 trip charge. Thank you. I will use Mr. Khanh next time.

He just came out this morning to fix our upstairs’ AC (again, on Sunday) and it runs like new now!
