The doctor and his nurse practitioner are great, but the staff is not so great. They don’t treat those elderly people with kindness.
I give a one rating not because of the medical care given as Julie is a 4* in patient care. The issue is the office manager "Roya" she is the worst in customer service. I've ask for a meeting with her for at least 1 1/2 years now to settle an issue of my mother being overcharged by this office. They insist on charging copay's that she doesn't owe. When I speak with the insurance company they agree my Mom should not be charged this money. They ask me to set up a meeting with the office manager "Roya" to work it out. I've made... read more
