Bedside manner of a robot, no empathy or compassion whatsoever. He actually told me to stop talking while I was trying explain my symptoms. I was shocked and outraged and ended up walking out crying. It was a terrible experience.
Staff is insensitive, often not following up on phone calls or urgent patient issues. Very sterile, invalidating, and lack of concern in treating patients as people.
Dr. Li looked at my MRI and told me there was no problem with my spine.I took the MRI to another physician. He quickly pointed out the problem to me on the MRI. It was not difficult to see. Don't waste your time, money and health on Dr. Li.
Had no answer for my back pain and leg numbness. Dr. Li said everything looked fine. Took test results to another doctor and was correctly diagnosed and was even shown the films verifying that there was a bone spur between two vertebrae. Will definitely not be going back to Dr Li.
