The office manager at this office is VERY entitled to her opinion. She goes above and beyond what her role at the office is and interferes with Dr/Patient relationship. To the point that when asked about it, she invents situations and scenarios that never occurred and charts them in your notes in the computer that the Dr does not see. I am a kind and gentle type of individual that loathes confrontation let alone the type to allow a physical aspect taking part in her “scenario”. Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! To whom it may concern: My name is Sharla Andrews. I am a 27 year old female. I am not sure who to come to about this, but had to contact someone, for I am so frustrated and very upset with the situation. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

No, there was no annoying music Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page
