On 12/22/2023, I called Dr. Khan's office and asked for medical bills and medical record for one client. The receptionist, Ms. Khan, was very rude and very unprofessional. She refused to help in any way and asked me to leave her alone.
I have seen previous post about Dr. Khan, all I can say is when I went in for surgery the power blinked out and they was saying they might have to abort. Well after meeting with Dr Khan post surgery, he told me it was aborted because I was in bad shape and wouldn't have made it. They waited 6hrs or so and then performed the surgery. Thanks to Dr Khan for keeping me alive! .
Dr. Khan is very knowledgeable. He is very respectful of his patients. He helped bringing my Aic to 6,.4 from 8.5. I have been an uncontrollable diabetic from 1988 and the past 4 years he has slowly brought me to this stage. I am now just on metformin and insulin on a sliding scale only on a need basis Follow his advice and it works.
This is the worst front office I have ever seen. Almost seems as if they're undermining the Doctor. You're treated with contempt and arrogance like you never felt in your adult life. You only matter based on how that front office feels at any given second. It's in fact true, anytime you have a successful person, those closest to that person offen wears his or her success arrogantly. They Bagan to dwell in that person's image. No bad experience with the Doctor, but I start to wonder and ask myself, do the Doctor know or care?
