She is very very good Dr she is smart
Horrible experience. I've only seen Dr. Khan twice. She informed me today, "I'm not sure why you were referred to me, I don't treat thyroids". Can someone please tell this woman she's an endocrinologist??? SHE is the one who had me come back to see her a second time for a THYROID disorder. If she doesn't do thyroids, why did she order my thyroid labs at my first visit and have me come back a second time for her to do NOTHING??? She is also very rude and condescending. I have never seen Dr Kahn but our CNP was out for 10 days and we emailed via my chart and was calling the abyss on hold number and got no call back or response til our Provider came back in the office 10 days later We had to reach out to our PCP for guidance.
I enjoyed a first time zoom call with Dr Khan yesterday. She was very patient and thoughtful. She addressed all of my concerns and gave me great advise! Excellent doctor!
Never able to get through on the telephone, they have recording after recording,and no one ever answers. Plus I was charged for an appointment that I never had, either virtual or in person.
