Poor scheduling of customers, only go there if you have one full day for a 30 minute job. Do not the trust their appointment system
Went here a week or so ago, and was greeted at the door. They looked at everything of mine and started the filing process. Also had a few non-tax related conversations about various different topics. It look about 25ish mins. Overall it was a good experience
