Layla was fantastic from start to finish. She was super professional but also empathetic and made the situation feel more ‘personal’. We didn’t feel like just a number with her. She answered all our questions (I had so many too..) and was available when we needed her. She was precise, timely and efficient and we got approved in 6 months thankfully!
