Worst pediatrician office, save yourself the hassle of dealing with them and find a better one.
I’ve been visiting this clinic for over 10 years, primarily for Dr. Parvathi, who was excellent. However, since her departure, the quality of care has declined significantly. The staff has become increasingly rude, and patients are almost always seen by a Nurse Practitioner rather than a physician. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this clinic to others.
Unfortunately cannot provide 0 star. I booked appointment for my child annual checkup and vaccines. I got a bill for $1300 !!! When I called , they say they are not in my insurance network. Not sure why they don’t tell this while taking appointments. I have complained to Michigan Department of Licensing. Just want to make sure on one else gets conned by this doctor
I have to highly compliment the doctor my kids see! We have been coming here for approximately 2 years now and Kendra is very awesome with my kids she is helpful she cares and she always takes care of my children she is very professional and loving towards kids and even parents she takes time to listen and address concerns I would also like to highly compliment the front staff on an incredible job they make you feel welcome they are super friendly and even when over the phone they are professional they are helpful even in pe... read more
Staff are very friendly and always remember us by name. The office is clean.
