This guy lies so much, it is unbelievable. He tried to tell me he could have negotiated the house $50,00 less than what I bought, without ever even knowing the transaction. Khalil continues to ask Title agents to draft transfers in my name, but then tells me he doesn't have to answer any questions. This guy works with my father and I can tell you they are doing things in my name that I do not know and he "doesn't answer questions" to what he does in my name. Had the terrible, difficult and frustrating experience of working with Khalil Hachem on one of his listings. Me and my wife fell in love with the property we made several offers even went as far as to call the sellers ourselves to figure out what it is that they wanted then submitted an offer with multiple options for them to choose from after submitting 4 offers and us calling the sellers ourselves and letting them know we will do whatever it takes to get this deal done we still received no counter offers forcing us to give... read more
