The office called and TOLD me to make an appt without any reason. Feeling fine I didn't. Second call message was that I need to make a "wellness check" appt. Feeling fine so nope. Then recieved a letter stating if I don't come in for the check they will drop me. Feeling fine still so looking for a new Dr.
Dr. Durrani is wonderful. She really cares about her patients. She takes the the time needed at each appointment and I never feel rushed. She encourages me to improve my health in a very supportive manner. I can always get an appointment when I need one. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Even though they are always busy, I can get an appointment when I need one. The staff is nice, the doctor is great. She takes the time to talk to me at each visit. I am very comfortable asking questions and she listens to what I want. This is important with the cost of healthcare going up all the time. I would highly recommend Dr. Durrani to anyone.
Durrani's nurse practitioner misdiagnosed me. She said I had a cold. After three days of hacking, deep coughing, and very tight bronchial airways I went to the ER where I was diagnosed with severe bronchitis. After taking 3 days off from not getting better due to the misdiagnosis, she refused to change not only change the diagnosis but would not complete my FMLA form. Absolutely ridiculous! She screwed up my sick leave, gave wrong information, then took no responsibility for her error.
