Had Acromioplasty (shoulder surgery) with Dr. O'Mara and he was terrific. This was somewhat of an optional surgery and Dr. O'Mara was not pushy at all in trying to pressure me one way or the other as far as surgery or not. He carefully explained all the information, suggested PT first in an effort to avoid the surgery, but ultimately I chose to have the surgery. I saw Dr. Fraiji for a mole on my back, which he removed. Everything was great, I only needed a local anesthesia. Everything healed wonderfully. However, his office staff is a bit concerning. Whoever is in charge of getting the pre-approval for surgeries, did not do that in my case. This has resulted in a huge bill, almost a thousand dollars, that I certainly can't pay all at once. Dr. D is the best. I came in with a compression injury to my left hand and I had 10% functionality at best. Dr. D looked at my injury and instilled in me a great sense of confidence that my crab hand could be corrected. After a 7 hour surgery and months of physical therapy my hand is now at an amazing 80% functionality. This changed my life and confidence level and my entire outlook on my future.
