Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

The office was easy enough to find. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
