Do not use this doctor or office if you have anything to do in your day. You’ll need the whole day off for the ridiculous waiting time.
This doctor is about the worst I have seen. He was not friendly and made me feel like I was wasting his precious time. Did not want to explain in any detail about why the emergency people at Advent Health sent me to him
Absolutely amazing Dr & Staff!! They really are friendly , as well as making sure you are taken care of, and it's great when the staff including the dr isn't snobby like your use too,, this staff and the dr himself actually are so welcoming and polite and I will continue to come to him and recommend him to anyone who needs a Urology specialist!! And one of the most comfortable offices I've ever visited.
Husband and I were very pleased with the friendliness and cleanliness of the staff. they were great at making my husband ore comfortable with his procedure. Everything at home seems great he has been walking around and has not needed any pain meds thus far. very great experience and if we had to do it again we would choose Dr Shahrour. I will definitely recommend him to everyone we know that needs a urologist.
