My experience with the administrative/support staff at this office was unprofessional from start to finish. I had to reschedule my appointment twice to accommodate them. The first time, the representative told me I should have called instead of booking online. Okay, fine. But during the second call, the representative told me I had to move my time due to the doctor having an emergency surgery, yet still repeated that line about calling to book. He did not help me with my problem and the Staff and him was rude both in the office and over the phone . I would not Recommend him at all !
He restored my mother's hearing and was very kind and gentle to her.
Dr. Kashlan was very considerate and accurate in cleaning out my allergy goop from my left ear. I told him I wish I could have a recording of it, sounding like an alien being born haha If you have ear goop needing cleaned, this is your guy.
