I made an appointment via the website for a Sunday appointment which I thought was great. I tried to call first but no one answers the phone. Ever. I received a confirmation email. I show up to my appointment (my first mind you) for no one to be there. Of course, I tried to call with no answer and the mailbox is full so you can’t even leave a message. Poor way to conduct business I had to set up a sitter first off and I live a half hour away. Rude
I made an appointment via the website and phone. It was confirmed via email AND phone and yet I arrived on Friday for my appointment and they were closed! I like over a half hour away and they were closed!!!! Seriously? I tried calling multiple times and no one picks up. What happened here? They were great. I managed to lose over 40 lbs with this doctor and I do not want to hinder my progress because of these situations.
Great practice. They are really patient-centric. They keep the patient involved in his own healthcare decisions. I have been a patient for over 25 years. My kids are now treated by them also. What else can I say?
I have been using this Doctor's office for several years and I am never disappointed. Great service and results.
