Never been to this office in-person but Mauricio blew up my phone to the point of harassment. 3 calls in a row multiple times a day. Wanted me to send my info to a random Gmail account. I told him I wasn't interested at this time. So a woman from their office called and, after I asked suspiciously if they'd contacted me before, she claimed and pretended they never had. Avoid this firm. They failed to submit my medical records to the QME doctor, destroying my case. I had to discover my own court date by calling the court myself they never informed me. Zero communication, zero accountability. They ruined my workers’ comp case through pure negligence.
