It was lousy. He treated me with disrespect and made me feel like I wasted my time and money coming to him. He never even reviewed my records before my appointment and spent the entire appointment time looking at my records. Never did any tests or scheduled any tests and this is after I spent a night in the hospital for tachycardia and high blood pressure. I will never go back and my parents who referred me to him are also not going back after my experience. Find another Doctor but not him..
I have been a pt of Dr. Zaki for 20 yrs. He is an amazing compassionate doctor. He goes above and beyond to help his patients.
I can't comment on the doctors because I only saw Dr Zaki at the hospital after a procedure. He had me come to his office for a heart monitor harness. His staff is the rudest I have ever encountered. If this behavior was evident in almost any other situation I'd have walked right out, but being a doctor and needing a cardiac clearance I stayed. More embarrassing behavior on the part of Beth and or Brenda when i returned with the monitor. Stay away if you like being treated with any dignity
Starting with walking in the door - Pleasant and efficient nurses check you in and make you glad to be here. EKG 's are handled fast and efficient. Dr Zaki is always smiling and taking care of any problems you may have. Also, the whole staff sees you on time. I would recommend him and his staff anywhere, anytime. I wish my others Doctors visits were as pleasant. Robert Stoner
