Came for Senegalese twist and ask for bra strap length . She didn’t have the length of the hair I wanted or any hair for that matter . She used a bunch of hair that was found over the shop (in multiple places ) in a bag and had to add hair to small strands to make it look longer . Twist begin falling out since the next day I got them. Call and text ampule times after two days of having the hair style to receive another hair style or to get money back and she stop contacting me . Waste of 180$ and bad service . Always pleased with my hair been going to the shop for 7 years now. Very knowledgeable about my hair type.
First time at this place and last!!! Cant touch counter she claim they will fall... Broken chairs everywhere the place was filthy and the owner I guess has bad nerves!!!! Because she had a long day everything bothers her!!!! Wow!! My daughter will not be back and the braider is very inexperienced smh....
