I had a skin infection that created a small bump on my face and when Dr. Mamsa saw me she gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and told me if it didn't change in 2 days to contact her via MyChart. After 2 days nothing had changed so I messaged her office and the reply back was 'then go to the ER.' In no way was the bump a life threatening situation, not to mention, I was worried the ER may just slice if off my face and likely be annoyed that I'm wasting emergency services. Dr. Mamsa took the time to thoroughly check my overall condition, review my tests, address medical concerns not immediately the focus of this appointment, and make good recommendations. The only quality she lacks is the experience in Albuquerque to make well-informed referrals but she seems resourceful enough to consult colleagues and do the necessary research.
Dr Mamsa was professional, friendly and seemed to genuinely about my health. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a General Practicioner.
Dr Mamsa is pleasant, caring, and knowledgeable. She really listens to you and your health questions and provides needed answers and education. She truly cares about your well-being.
