Kevin came into a somewhat difficult situation when asked to represent us in the selling of my parents home in North Syracuse. There was myself and 5 other siblings, all with their own opinions. With Kevin’s knowledge he was able to educate us on what to expect with the sale. We got the house on the market and Kevin went to work. He brought in several interested buyers in and quickly got offers. Everything went smoothly with the sale. I can’t thank Kevin enough for taking on the responsibility of selling my parents home.
