Instructions were sent to which gate to enter and not to go in office or use red gate Ms. Kay was harassing staff and refused to leave as she was a wrong gate red gate and office staff was trying to tell them that. Mrs kay was insisting they open gate. Office staff called me and told me what happened I asked why they were so rude. I got excuses.
