I made an appointment to get my nails fixed. She did the acrylic uneven. She cut them down without asking. It was just horrible. She couldn’t even do a Fix or a fill-in. I will never go there again. I do not recommend this place.
the lady did not know what she was doing or was still learning i guess and did not understand what i wanted and completely ignored it. she then got mad when i said it’s not what i wanted. my whole nail isn’t even covered with polish and was 50+ dollars. absolutely not. don’t go here :(
Kim is the best!!! And she does the BEST designs!!!
Love this salon! Kim takes her time and creates the most beautiful designs. Fill-ins are strong, my nails last 4-6 weeks easily!
i’ve been going to this nail salon for months now. i’ve now had multiple issues but today was the last day i will ever. i’m not one to complain and i usually don’t have issues at nail salons but they do not listen to anything you say. i would ask for dip powder and they would do gel. but the last time i went (about 1 month ago) i got acrylic tips with gel nail polish. today i went back because i could not get the tips off for the life of me. i was sitting there crying as she ripped off my nails 1 by 1. she even ripped off a ... read more
