Mike of KH Appliance provides excellent service from the first contact to the completion of the repair. Mike has repaired our dryer with thorough documentation and photos of the issue while being exceptionally responsive via text or in-person with our requests for service or with questions about the appliance or regarding inquiries about the repair and/or the parts required. We have had Mike back to troubleshoot issues with our secondary refrigerator. He exhibited the same thoroughness and professionalism.
Mike is an absolute lifesaver! My dishwasher stopped draining correctly and other appliance repair companies couldn't come for a week or more. Mike was able to come same day, fixed the dishwasher quickly, checked out other appliances we had questions about, and was very reasonably priced. He will absolutely be on speed dial for future repair needs!
Mike was on time and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our LG washer and showed me how it could be repaired. I ordered the part and fixed it myself the next day. We really appreciate a repair person that also explains and teaches you how to fix the issue.
