This place will lie through their teeth to get your business. They will tell you the delivery is 5 to 7 days when they know good and well it is backordered for 3 or more weeks then when it doesn't come per their promise, they give excuses about it was "stolen" from the trucking company or whatever to buy them another 3 or more of time. This is the first and last time I will ever do any business with them. Still don't have the appliance either!
Bought a new house and needed 6 new appliances ... bought them all at K&G. Much better price than the home improvement stores and MUCH better service! They worked around us to deliver and were so nice to deal with. I can’t recommend a better company or better employees!

Property management had them come because something is wrong with my dishwasher. He was rude and talked to me like I was an idiot and then told me the problem was the circulating pump. After a week and a half I heard nothing, contacted Bradley Properties and he told them nothing wrong. He lied to my face. Terrible!
I could rant for so many different reason, however, I am going to leave this short. This company is beyond unprofessional. I would rather buy new appliances than ever deal with this company again.
Excellent variety of appliances and great customer service! Price was lower than other stores...go check out the store!
Just had my dryer repaired by Chris. Within 35 minutes he changed out a bad heating element, cleaned the mountain of lint & coins that had collected inside the machine and gave me some DIY tips on keeping my dryer performing at it''s best. I am a very happy customer! Thank you so much!
