I needed to get a check-up done, so I went to a walk-in clinic. At the front desk, they asked if I had an appointment, and I said no, since it’s supposed to be a walk-in clinic. Then they asked if I have a family doctor, and even questioned why I’ve been here for 5 years without one. They reluctantly gave me a form in the end. Honestly, what kind of walk-in clinic is this?
The worst experience. Opens at 9am my mother inlaw got an appointment at 10:15. Dropped her off at 10am. Its 11:21am and she has not bee seen. Long wait times and the staff don't know how to handle the patients takes one hour to do a blood test. There are patients waiting from 9:30am and its curreny 11:22am. Horrible!
Poor. Long wait. She never listens to patient’s all symptoms. Only one will be treated one time. She doesn’t even want to listen the symptoms associated with it or other cause.
