The way she treats elderly patients is heinous, she talks down to them and has no care for their health (doctor Nirmala). She shouldnt even be a doctor, let alone be allowed near vulnerable populations.

After waiting nearly two hours past his scheduled appointment time — which has become the norm at this clinic — he finally had the chance to discuss his concerns.
