Waiting 3+ hrs for a scheduled appointment is absolutely ridiculous. This wasn’t a walk in, this was a schedule appointment. No remorse, no acknowledgment and understanding to the situation at hand. You’d think a doctor’s office would have more empathy. Do not recommend.

The way she treats elderly patients is heinous, she talks down to them and has no care for their health (doctor Nirmala). She shouldnt even be a doctor, let alone be allowed near vulnerable populations.
