The clinic’s admin team should definitely review this with the staff on how the appointments are managed and get regular feedback from patients in person if they want to make improvements and make it easier for patients who might have other appointments in the day.

I’m not sure why they couldn’t estimate the approximate time that would take for each patient and fix the appointment accordingly. Regardless of the time waiting for your appointment or walk in appointment, if you’re patient and see Dr. nirmala, she is extremely thorough, helpful and caring about your health issues. KGN Medical Centre has helped me and my family members over the years with our health issues and have given understandable and reliable medical advice that has helped my family immensely. Stay away, doc is always late, unprofessional, no updated knowledge and if you ask him something, he will take it otherwise and say oh now you will teach me medicine. Yes, he has to learn medicine again. He even makes personal remarks. When you try to book appointment the call goes somewhere to a person who has very limited knowledge about other relevant procedures and the doctor himself said about him that he is an idiot, very unprofessional behaviour from a doctor. Horrible service and they book appointments before the doctor even gets here. They are always backed up even if you are the first person here. They will not do anything helpful at all unless they are making money from it, don’t come here it is not worth it.
