Not a good company. We went through 3 BT’s in 6 months. The first BT had very little interaction with my child and acted as if she saw a ghost just staring off most of the time. She admitted she had not had alot of training and lacked support and eventually put in her notice of leave after about 2 months citing she couldn’t give my son what he needs and the few suggestions she gave the company were overlooked. Do not waste your time KGH only cares about money and babysitting vs actually helping your child reach the potential they need in life and providing parent training. Don’t believe me go research KGH employee reviews on other sites. When you advocate about inexperienced BTs and a BCBA that cancel supervision every other week, they will make it seem like you’re difficult and your family isn’t a good fit for the company like it’s your fault you want them to do what they get paid for.
