We went for neuropsych testing for our 2 yr old. Despite some sort of error with them telling us our insurance was accepted and it ended up not being accepted they made it right by doing the test for free which really surprised me in this day and age. I felt the testing was good and thorough. Everyone we dealt with was great. I assume the building is a rental space but one thing I would say about the bathrooms downstairs by the testing room do not have changing tables in men's or women's bathroom. My son Jakob has shown great improvement in his confidence and socialization since attending KGH. We are both very appreciative.
KGH has been a godsend for my two children, from diagnoses through ABA, OT, ST, and MH. My daughter loves her "teachers" there, specifically Elizabeth and Hanna, and OT Dani. My son clicks so well with Haley Devenport through MH. We have felt so supported, seen and heard throughout at KGH and recommend them whole-heartedly to anyone seeking services for ASD.
Beth, Daly, Rebekah, Naomi, Katie, and the entire team supporting John have been absolutely life changing for us. Beyond being therapists and educators, they have taken the time to help us as parents understand how to better support and grow with our son and given us so many layers of John to enjoy. There are these beautiful moments I now have with my son that would not have been possible without KGH and I know that they have changed the trajectory of his life forever. The impact is immeasurable.
I had to select one star because that is the minimum option. If they allowed negative stars that would be more accurate. Horrible experience all around at the madison location. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy! They have employee turnover and multiple different people come and go who don't even have a license. They train kids to become a real licensed provider one day and sell it as if they really make any difference.
