Stopped in with low tire pressure last weekend. I was in and out with an air top off, a patch on my front left tire that had a screw in it () and valve stem caps (since mine magically went missing) for free within half an hour on a Saturday. Love TD!
Worst service and unprofessional staff especially the girl in the front desk. She’s super rude and they curbed my wheel and denied it, when they pulled my car up front and they just let some random dude sitting in my car. One of the tech there still in high school which no experience. If I could give they place 0 star I would.. do yourself a favor go somewhere else if you don’t want to mess up your car
EDIT: It seems they have deleted my full google maps review, so I'll post it here along with all the photos. Before and after pics included.This location(Managed by Tony) completely DESTROYED the paint on all 4 of my wheels. All tires were overinflated by 12-18psi. WAX was CAKED all over the tires hiding all the scratches they left behind and it cost over $40 at a car wash by hand with paint safe cleaner just to get the caked on wax off. My husband stopped to get a tire plugged and had to wait till the man got off his personal phone, then tells my husband that he can’t plug it because it’s 7 mm deep tread. He says they aren’t allowed to plug anything UNDER 7 mm . My husband says but it’s not under 7mm. It was getting quitting time and this lazy man didn’t want to do the work. Said we needed new tires. The Winchester store is outstanding! Have been using them for about 6 years now. The manager Joe and his team go above and beyond for me every time! Pickup and delivery. Fast service. No hidden charges! Highly recommend them.

While traveling back to Indiana, one of my trailer tires lost air. I aired it up at a gas station, but realized the valve stem was broken. I went to Discount Tire in Delaware, Ohio and though they were busy, they helped get us back on the road in a short while. Very polite and understanding of the spot I was in. Very nice to deal with professionals. I highly recommend.
