Just wanted to make an official review of Zachary at the will-call desk at K.G. Stevens. What a great addition to your staff! He is very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. What a great guy. A big shout out to Zachary! Give that man a raise!
The quality of the installation was excellent. The actual install was a cluster of quality challenges. It was four separate visits over more than two weeks. First, the hole cut for the sink was too small. They took the sink back, and then on the next visit, didn't bring the sink. The next visit, they brought the sink, and then the final backsplash was too short. During the last visit, they installed the last backsplash. They didn't do the plumbing, which was a good decision.
