If you want an agent to scare away all your prospective buyers look no further!! I called multiple times because I was very interested in purchasing lots on mill st in templeton and they were the listing agency. I was going to ask them to represent me but I want nothing to do with these people. Extremely rude, condescending and as unhelpful as you can get every time I called. You would think you could trust a licensed realtor when renting an apartment? Nope, not from these people… rented an apartment that takes on water. The previous tenant tipped me off & I was able to get out of my agreement with the luck of a few days of heavy rain.
Dishonest people! We rented from them in the past they will not return calls for getting things fixed, lawn maintenance, or plowing all of which they did hardly at all. They will take your deposit and charge you for their own halfass work that they allowed you to move into at the start! The worst part was when she was called by other landlords for a reference she lied once again saying that I was bad tenant and threatened them and was late on rent (lies once again) I did not have harsh words with them once throughout our sta... read more
I was without a place to live for a long time and I applied to rent from K&G. They accepted my application and I was very happy. After getting several different move-in dates and being unable to make contact them for weeks on end, they withdrew my application without cause and didn't offer to rent a different place. Skip the run-around, contact another realtor. Completely nice folks otherwise, just very disappointed.
Scam artists! The purchased the house beside us to flip it. Hid leaky pipes behind a wall with a bowl to catch water, dug underground drainage that has been a nightmare for my new neighbor AND myself.. we could go on forever. Stay away from these people and find a reputable realtor!
