I worked with this agent 4 years ago and to this day, I regret that mistake. I recommend doing your own due diligence as a home buyer and not trusting Katie or Kaley to have your best interests in mind. Their goal is to close the sale so they can make a commission. That is not the same goal as you.
What made you decide to buy your home? My husband and I decided to buy our home because we’re ready to start a family, and the location is ideal—close to Greenlake, Greenwood, Downtown, I‑5, and Highway 99. We also loved that the home is essentially turnkey, with very few costly or time‑consuming projects needed.
