I was beyond disappointed with this company. I signed up with another company and when K and G bought that company, they acquired my contract. Immediately, they raised my rate, weeds started showing up everywhere, communication was terrible, messages I sent were ignored, they chopped up plants in my garden (“pruning” in the wrong season), pulled up plants I had just planted (I sent pictures and stop the crew to show them where I had just planted so they wouldn’t do this again, but they did), and ZERO accountability for their... read more
Quick and efficient finished ahead of schedule. Nice guys very helpful and knowagable answered all my questions.And did a great clean up of my disaster of a yard. Wish I had taken before and after pictures was incredible job
Editing review to reflect the explanation given below. We scheduled an estimate from them. I was pleased with the level of detail they asked for in the request and the email followups, including the night before the scheduled visit. But then, minutes before our scheduled visit, they cancelled with no explanation. We called and their number was not accepting calls.
