Samantha at 105 is really outstanding in her commitment to the residents and the company in general. She takes an honest interest in everyone and always there to help. . She loves to celebrate different holidays using her creative talents to decorate the halls so tastefully. Especially touching was her Yappy Hour celebration for the dogs in the building including the tributes to the pets that had gone on to the rainbow bridge in the last year.
Rented with KG at a 1 bedroom apt in 299 Roehampton for over 5 years - exceptional service throughout my stay, from moving in during the pandemic to moving out. Never had issues with bedbugs/pests or neighbours. Service requests were handled promptly. Many thanks to Jennifer, Luz (Sp?), Audrey, and the rest of the team! Highly recommended!
Excellent and extremely prompt service from KG Group. A few days ago, my refrigerator stopped working. I reported the issue to the reception/security desk at around 7:00 p.m., and a service technician arrived at my apartment in less than 10 minutes. The issue was handled very quickly, and the broken refrigerator was replaced with a new one. I really appreciate the fast response, professionalism, and efficiency of the maintenance team. It was very reassuring to have the problem resolved so quickly, especially in the evening. ... read more
