We recently moved into 305 Roehampton Avenue and We had a fantastic experience with KG Group — and a huge part of that was Rebekah Anderson. She was professional, prompt, and genuinely helpful from application through to move-in, answering questions, clarifying the lease and insurance requirements, and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. My friend and I were really lucky to come across KG Group as we managed to find a place at 305 Roehampton to live in. The information provided was detailed and the staff, especially sales rep Adam Cohen was very helpful in ensuring we were shown all options and given all details before we made a decision. We got ourselves an amazing 2 bed 2 bath apartment and are really looking forward to spending a few years here.
