Very nice and great customer service
Best clothing for the prices and top notch colognes.
Not happy with the checkout service at this location. The cashier would not allow me to complete my purchase without providing my phone number, which then prompted requests for my name and email address. When I stated that I was not interested in signing up, I was rudely told I would not be able to check out otherwise. Customers should not be pressured into sharing personal information just to make a purchase. The interaction felt invasive, uncomfortable, and very unprofessional.
Arrived at 8:50 to grab a set of cuff links. Someone was leaving and a female Asian employee unlocked the door to let them out, looked me in my face and closed the door and locked it. She walked to the right to the cash registers, looked back at me, locked eyes, and then went through the door into the office. If you close at 9, don’t deny customers entrance at 8:50.
