First impressions are most important in future dealings with any business or company. Chris Harnden was our first contact with FCI and his warmth and friendliness made us feel that we were dealing with the right company for our new rugs. All further contacts with FCI were handled in the same way.....friendly and knowledgeable. We were notified of any changes or delays with an apology for having to do so. I love the detailed explanations throughout the whole decision making process. As first time homeowners, we have never gone through a flooring project. Bryan was very interactive, helpful, and gave us great information on the timing of the materials. FCI communicated very well with us regarding the materials arrival and the timing of completion, which was very volatile because this was during the Christmas and New Years holiday.

We got our engineered hardwood and our carpet from here, and had an AMAZING experience! We appreciated the honest information and guidance. We loved that there was no pressure, and that the staff was extremely knowledgeable about all the products. We really did our research in the area, and there is nowhere better in price, quality, or customer service!
