Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! I’m new to this whole motorcycle thing, and they made sure to inform me of everything I needed to know. The sales associate took care of me while purchasing my first bike, and he made the process really smooth and easy. Great customer service builds trust and long-lasting relationships. I recently sold my motorcycle on consignment through KFG Motorsports. After seeing that my bike was marked SOLD online, I had to call and text repeatedly to get confirmation that I was in fact due money for the sale. NO ONE contacted me. It then took a week to get a FedEx tracking number for my check. My check was not sent for another 4 days, claiming FedEx "missed our pick up". To put icing on the cake, the check I received BOUNCED. I still have not received payment for the sale of my motorcycle.
