It is a great place to eat. Food is fresh and the people are approachable ..... the place is clean and the A/C is cold
If I could give them a 0 I certainly would. Not sure what the world is coming to but the horrible customer service I received today was appalling. You'll need to bring back the old honey. Barbecue wings back and then when you go to the custom Give you half dumb chicken. And not clean. Sometimes old chicken. You just can't go to a place and get your food right? So why is the restaurant open?

I went to KFC on S. Tryon Street in Charlotte, NC. The service was awful. After I had already paid for my order it took about 45 minutes to receive my order. No one seemed to know what they were doing. They were hesitant to give refund and kept saying we’re working on your order. There were lots of customers like me waiting a long time for their orders. After waiting for 30 minutes a worker came in for her shift and was able to get everyone’s order moving. After waiting 45 minutes they still messed up my order.
